All She Ever DreamedThe older West returned home after being gone for fourteen years and his younger brother resented him because he wanted to sell a farm he knew did not belong to him and he wanted to marry a young woman who fell for his brother Another very good Robin Hatcher book

A trip back to Boulder Creek, Idaho in the late 1800's brings an emotional story of attraction that leads to a romance and love that is sweet and tender but not without its trials。 I enjoyed visiting this small town again with its closeness among townsfolk and their strength in dealing with the ups and downs of life。 The main characters are likable, realistic, and well developed。 I was drawn into the story from the beginning until the end。 This is a story of faith and trust that those who enjoy A trip back to Boulder Creek, Idaho in the late 1800's brings an emotional story of attraction that leads to a romance and love that is sweet and tender but not without its trials。 I enjoyed visiting this small town again with its closeness among townsfolk and their strength in dealing with the ups and downs of life。 The main characters are likable, realistic, and well developed。 I was drawn into the story from the beginning until the end。 This is a story of faith and trust that those who enjoy historical romance will enjoy。 。。。more

What a beautiful story! I wasn’t sure where she was going with it but I have to say it was just wonderful when all pieces came together。 Robin Lee Hatcher has such a gift when it comes to describing emotions and the inner wrestling of flesh and spirit。 I loved returning to Boulder Creek after reading the first book in this series and I thoroughly enjoyed Sarah’s and Jeremiah’s story! It made me laugh and it made me cry and the more I read it, the more frequently it put a smile on my face。 I didn What a beautiful story! Robin Lee Hatcher has become one of my all time favorites, and I always look forward to reading her new book releases。 She's definitely a master at the dual timeline stories that I love so much, but I was looking forward to reading something a bit different from her。 All She Ever Dreamed is the second title in the Boulder Creek Romance series, and it's a wonderful historical fiction story that speaks of trusting God through all the circumstances we face, and knowing that He has a plan in place f Robin Lee Hatcher has become one of my all time favorites, and I always look forward to reading her new book releases。 She's definitely a master at the dual timeline stories that I love so much, but I was looking forward to reading something a bit different from her。 All She Ever Dreamed is the second title in the Boulder Creek Romance series, and it's a wonderful historical fiction story that speaks of trusting God through all the circumstances we face, and knowing that He has a plan in place for each and every one of us。As readers travel back to Boulder Creek, we're introduced to a young twenty one year old woman named Sarah。 She's long had the dream of being swept off of her feet by a handsome gentlemen who will love her the same way her grandpa so faithfully loved her grandmother。 However, she's engaged to be married to a man who doesn't seem like anything she's been dreaming of, but everyone encourages her that love can grow。 When her fiancé's older brother (Jeremiah) returns to his hometown, he feels an instant connection with the lovely granddaughter of the local sheriff。 However, with bad blood already coming between him and his younger brother, he knows that forming a friendship with his fiancé will only cause additional problems with the relationship he longs to mend。 However, God often has plans bigger than our own, and if Jeremiah and Sarah can learn to lean on Him and trust Him through anything, they might just find a way to move past their difficult pasts, and into their own happily ever after。Robin Lee Hatcher is truly a masterful storyteller, and I love how she is able to fully immerse her reader's in each and every story she writes。 Boulder Creek was a lovely small town setting, and showcased both the good and the bad that comes with making a small town your home。 One of my favorite things about picking up a book by this author is knowing that the faith element will always play an integral part of the story。 While the romance was heartwarming, clean and swoon worthy, it was the faith element that truly made Sarah and Jeremiah's story stand out in my mind, and I loved how it came across as both authentic and realistic。If you love Christian historical fiction that tugs at the heartstrings and is filled with characters that love the Lord and acknowledge they are all works in progress, then definitely pick up All She Ever Dreamed。 It's another wonderful story from one of the genres best, and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed。Final Rating: 5/5。Thanks so much to Robin Lee Hatcher for allowing me to advance read and review this!I voluntarily read and reviewed a complimentary advance reader copy of this novel from the author。 I was not required to give a positive review。 All thoughts and opinions are my own, and this is my honest review。 。。。more

I was blessed to receive this book for free in exchange for an honest review。 This is a great story with a powerful message! God plans for Sarah were not at all what she expected, but she got all she ever dreamed。 Sometimes we think someone wants all these huge things, when maybe the person just wants our love and trust。 Very well done!

I cannot put into words how much I loved this story! There are so many messages to take away from it! Sometimes people are put in your path for various reasons。 There are multiple instances of this in this story。 I've seen this in my own life, so I know it's true! I loved Sarah's character and couldn't figure out why she would be engaged to Warren when all of their interactions were negative! It was clear that Warren would not make a good husband! Something happens when she first meets Jeremiah though - a spark! She doesn't know what to do about it! I loved the way the relationship between Sarah and Jeremiah unfolded because Jeremiah was dead set on never marrying again and Sarah didn't know what to do about Warren! Then, there are the wonderful townspeople。 The author spent a lot of time making us love this town of Boulder Creek and the people。 I miss the days when people cared that much for their neighbors。 This is a wonderful story and I'll not forget the characters anytime soon! 。。。more

If you like to read about 19th century villagers and sheriffs, with good biblical teachings, you should buy and read this book。 Be aware, you will lose some sleep because you will not stop reading till you reach the end。 Then, you'll regret you have to say goodbye to Sarah McNeal and Jeremiah West。 They have become your best friends。 Again a good, typical book of Robin Lee Hatcher。 Good job, Robin。 I can't wait for your next book。I got this as an ARC from the author。 If you like to read about 19th century villagers and sheriffs, with good biblical teachings, you should buy and read this book。 Be aware, you will lose some sleep because you will not stop reading till you reach the end。 Then, you'll regret you have to say goodbye to Sarah McNeal and Jeremiah West。 They have become your best friends。 Again a good, typical book of Robin Lee Hatcher。 Good job, Robin。 I can't wait for your next book。I got this as an ARC from the author。 。。。more

I received an advance reader copy of All She Ever Dreamed from author, Robin Lee Hatcher… and I loved it。 Robin Lee Hatcher was one of the first Christian authors I discovered when I determined that the books in my collection were not healthy for my faith。 I’m pretty sure I have read everything she’s ever written。 It is a joy to review this most recent book。 Ms。 Hatcher’s writing style puts me right into the heart of the story。 And the main characters right into my heart。All She Ever Dreamed is I received an advance reader copy of All She Ever Dreamed from author, Robin Lee Hatcher… and I loved it。 Robin Lee Hatcher was one of the first Christian authors I discovered when I determined that the books in my collection were not healthy for my faith。 I’m pretty sure I have read everything she’s ever written。 It is a joy to review this most recent book。 Ms。 Hatcher’s writing style puts me right into the heart of the story。 And the main characters right into my heart。All She Ever Dreamed is the second book of the Boulder Creek series, and can be read as a stand-alone。 But don’t。 Read the first book, Even Forever, if you can。 It will greatly enrich your reading of this second book。Sarah has dreamed big exciting cities of the world and being rescued by a knight in shining armor since she could read。 She dreams of leaving Boulder Creek, Idaho in search of adventure。 But that hasn’t happened。 On the verge of becoming a “spinster”, she has finally accepted the annual proposal of Warren。 Jeremiah, Warren’s older brother, spent his youth being demeaned and belittled by his cold and distant father。 Additionally, he believes it is his fault that his wife and infant son died in an epidemic。 He has spent the nine years since then travelling and working odd jobs。 He eventually joins the army and fights in Teddy Roosevelt’s Spanish-American War。 He is very surprised when he is notified that he has inherited his father’s farm。 He decides to return to Boulder Creek and the farm after 14 years away。Of all the characters in the book, I related to Jeremiah the most。 He is a good man。 An honest man。 One of my favorite lines in the book is from him: 'I reckon we haven't talked much lately, Lord。 Maybe it's time we did。' There have been times in my life when I could say the same。 The story starts in winter, and the land is too frozen to plow。 So, Jeremiah applies for the currently open position of Deputy to Sheriff Hank, Sarah’s grandfather。 Sheriff Hank so obviously loves Sarah and her brother Tom。 He is so wise and loving。 There is a whole lot more that happens, like an influenza outbreak and a life-threatening blizzard, but I can’t tell you any more。 For fear of spoilers。 And I don’t do spoilers。 Robin Lee Hatcher, once more, has shown us that giving God control of our lives is always the best choice。 。。。more

Robin Lee Hatcher is always an auto-buy for me and this book is no exception。 Another tender, touching story of not merely the love between a man and a woman, but the love a caring community has for one another。 I fear our world has lost that ability to surrender and sacrifice for each other, but books like this are a wonderful reminder of a time when people were truly willing to give of themselves for the greater good。 May those who read this story come away encouraged that it's not too late fo Robin Lee Hatcher is always an auto-buy for me and this book is no exception。 Another tender, touching story of not merely the love between a man and a woman, but the love a caring community has for one another。 I fear our world has lost that ability to surrender and sacrifice for each other, but books like this are a wonderful reminder of a time when people were truly willing to give of themselves for the greater good。 May those who read this story come away encouraged that it's not too late for God's love to make a difference in lives! 。。。more

I always know when I sit down to read a book by Robin Lee Hatcher, soon I’ll be taken away to another place and time。 This enthralling story was no exception。 It was easy to imagine Boulder Creek, Idaho, near the end of 1898 through the vivid and colorful description of the town and their residents。 This is Boulder Creek Romance Book Two。Sarah and Tom McNeal were mostly raised by their grandparents and now they only live with their 74-year-old grandfather, Hank McNeal who is also the Sheriff of I always know when I sit down to read a book by Robin Lee Hatcher, soon I’ll be taken away to another place and time。 This enthralling story was no exception。 It was easy to imagine Boulder Creek, Idaho, near the end of 1898 through the vivid and colorful description of the town and their residents。 This is Boulder Creek Romance Book Two。Sarah and Tom McNeal were mostly raised by their grandparents and now they only live with their 74-year-old grandfather, Hank McNeal who is also the Sheriff of Boulder Creek。 Tom has just returned home from 3 years at boarding school and will be leaving later in the following year to attend medical school。 Although Sarah is engaged, she is dreamer and imagines what it would be like to visit exciting places like New York, Philadelphia, and even far away foreign lands。 After being away for 14 years, Jeremiah West also returns home to the farm where he grew up。 He now owns the farm, having inherited it at the death of his father。 Jeremiah comes home with a heavy heart having suffered a tremendous loss。 He questions if he even should have retuned to his hometown。 His younger brother Warren, who is engaged to Sarah McNeal is not happy about the farm being left to Jeremiah。 He rationalizes that he stuck around, and Jeremiah left。 Because it is winter and he can’t farm the land yet, Jeremiah accepts the job as Deputy, offered to him by Sheriff Hank。The telling of this story is masterful。 I loved the comprehensive descriptions of the people, the situations, and locations。 It made me feel like I was right there, part of the story。 There are many unexpected complications and situations, including a frightening influenza outbreak, a devastating blizzard, and the happy occasion of a newborn horse, known as a foal。 The struggles of some of the characters are very real as well as their consequences。 I loved how beautifully the importance of faith and putting our trust in God, rather than ourselves was woven into this heartwarming story。 When the last page was turned, I didn’t want the story to end。 I paused and thought back of the journey each of the main characters took to end up right where God intended them to be。 。。。more

I loved this story! A historical romance set in Idaho, the story brings people back from an extended absence with plenty of hurts and others with selfish ambition。 This story shows how trust in God gets you through the trials。
